**1. Exchanges:**

* We are happy to offer ** one free exchange** per order for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached, within 30 days of delivery.
* To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@piscrubclub.com or contact us through the contact us form located at the top of our website with your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to exchange.
* We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return of the original item(s).
* Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will ship the exchanged item(s) to you free of charge.
* Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired exchange item is unavailable, we will offer store credit.

*We only allow for one exchange per order

**2. Returns for Refunds:**

* We accept returns for refunds on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached, within 30 days of delivery.
* To initiate a return, please contact us at support@piscrubclub.com or through our contact us form at the top of our website with your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to return.
* **A return shipping fee of $14.99 will be deducted from your refund.**
* Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund, minus the $14.99 return shipping fee, to your original payment method.
* Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your account.

*Initial shipping fees, if any, will not be refunded

*For orders totaling 6 items or over, an additional 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount

**3. Non-Returnable Items:**

* The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
    *  final sale items, personalized items

**4. Damaged or Defective Items:**

* If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@piscrubclub.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item.
* We will arrange for a free exchange or refund for damaged or defective items.

**5. Return Process:**

* To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
    1. Contact us through the contact us form located on the “contact us” tab on our website piscrubclub.com or email us at support@piscrubclub.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
    2. We will provide you with instructions and a prepaid shipping label (for exchanges) or instructions for returns.
    3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible.
    4. Affix the shipping label to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
    5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your exchange or refund.

**6. Return Shipping:**

* For exchanges, we provide a prepaid shipping label.
* For returns for refunds, a $14.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
